Ashley Dupr?, once outed as a call girl for former New York governor Eliot Spitzer, will now be seen in a different light in her reality TV debut. "I'm not trying to be seen as anything other then myself and hoping that's what shows through," Ashley exclusively tells In Touch.
On the new VH1 series Famous Food, Ashley joins other celebrities in opening an LA restaurant from scratch, with a chance to win a partnership position in the new venture. Proving to the public "she's more than just a former escort," Ashley believed it was important to "stand up" for herself after coming to grips with the fact she will always have the label. "So for me it's not about recreating my image, it's about giving people the opportunity to know more of me rather then just the one negative thing from my past," she explains. "I'm a little quirky and a dork at heart, but I'm also hard-working, dedicated and genuinely caring of others."
