Using Vinegar For Skin Care | latest news on : business, health and ...

Over the years, I have come to favorite a specific brand name face wash. It helps me keep my skin healthy and, therefore, blemish free. Of course, when I?m out of that face wash I miss the cleanse it gives me. A few years ago, I got online to find a solution to this conundrum. The answer that I found? Vinegar! The same thing you can use for cleaning your house and cooking is also great for your face and skin.

Vinegar is something I always have around the house and it has been used for literally centuries to help keep skin clean and firm. It is totally safe and has been proven to work. It really is handy knowing what you can use around your own home to take care of your health and skin.

Sometimes I turn to my vinegar and water mix when I am low on money at the end of the month. If I can?t afford my favorite face treatment product, I make my own little concoction at home. You can also just use vinegar and water every other day instead of product to save money. With handy around the house solutions like this, it is easy to keep up the health and appearance of you facial skin.

Another situation that calls for a vinegar face wash is when I am traveling. With the airplane regulations as far as bringing tubes and lotions in your luggage, I find it easier to just pick up a small bottle of vinegar during short trips away.

If you want to use vinegar to cleanse and firm your face, start out by giving your face a gentle wash with warm water. Mix two parts apple cider vinegar with one part water. For sensitive skin, you can dilute the vinegar further. It is up to you whether you want to target trouble spots or use the concoction all over.

Use a wash cloth dipped in the vinegar and water to dab the mixture onto your face. Leave it on for at least 15 minutes to get the best results. Or you can choose not to wash it off at all.

I have noticed my face feels and looks cleaner after I use this simple wash. Since discovering this wash, I?ve learned you can use water and vinegar as a hair product, too. Use it in the shower to prevent dandruff and promote shine.

The best face wash for when you don?t have your store brought brand around is a simple vinegar and water concoction. Even if you?re on the go, apple cider vinegar is easy to find. Mix it with water for a gentle dilution and apply it to your face to experience the cleansing, firming and anti-acne properties. I love having something around my house that can do all this, and it doesn?t have an exorbitant price tag!
