Where you were Really Meant to Be?Using Laughter to Deal with ...

When the Menomonie (Wisconsin) Area Chamber of Commerce planned its winter luncheon at the beautifully historic Mabel Tainter Center for the Arts, a great deal of thought went into who the guest speaker would be. After much deliberation, local motivational speaker Judy Foust was the unanimous choice!

Judy shared her time-tested ways of dealing with the daily stresses and tasks that have become our ?norm.? Using her naturally whacky sense of humor and ability to tell inspiring life stories, she provided insights into why it?s especially important to breathe deeply, laugh deeply, and think carefully before speaking/acting. By the end of the luncheon, the entire audience was enthusiastically releasing its professional and personal stresses through hearty belly laughter!

Comments from attendees:
?Judy was very engaging and funny.?
?Judy was wonderful! What a fun break in the work day.?
?Loved Judy?s energy.?
?I appreciated the reminder about how important laughter is. As Judy said, ?Sometimes you?ve just got to laugh to keep from crying.??
